Knowledge Engineering Consulting has been involved for decades in developing research projects focused on brain-inspired architectures and intersecting with multiple commercial applications.
In early 2025 KEC was honoured to have been approached by UK Startup Conscium, the world's first commercial research organisation investigating the implications of building Machine Consciousness the development of a brain-inspired explainable, self-adaptive AI framework that enables conscious perception of stimuli.
This has been released as eXCube and is a continuous commercial and research engagement
